How this estimate works

Acreage pricing is adjusted for vegetation, terrain, access and tree size. Linear pricing starts near a $2.25/ft competitive midpoint for a standard-width, moderate-growth corridor and adjusts for width, density, terrain and existing wire. Project minimums apply.

This calculator is a preliminary planning tool, not a binding quote. Trees over 8 inches, storm debris, stump extraction, excavation, haul-off, unusually wet ground, utility conflicts or other special conditions require a property review.

A few answers to common property-clearing questions

Request a property review
How do you price a clearing job?

Pricing depends on acreage, vegetation density, terrain, access, travel and the intended finished condition. Estimates are based on the actual site rather than a one-size-fits-all per-acre rate.

Do I need an exact acreage?

No. A property address, map pin, parcel information or a few photos can help us understand the site.

Can you clear fence lines or hunting trails?

Yes. Fence-line access, trails, shooting lanes and other targeted clearing can be quoted based on the property and scope.

Is everything hauled away?

Forestry mulching is designed to process much of the vegetation on site. Jobs requiring substantial excavation, debris removal or hauling are evaluated separately based on scope.
